We only store metadata about agent usage (such as usage counts and timestamps) for analytics and billing purposes. The actual conversation content remains on your device.

  • Transaction Metadata: Payment provider transaction IDs (Stripe or X402), payment status, amounts, payment methods, and timestamps
  • Subscription Data: External subscription IDs for X402 and Stripe subscriptions, billing cycles, and subscription status
  • Agent Payment Configuration: Payment requirements, payment provider preferences, and payment amounts for agents requiring direct payments

We never store full account numbers, credit card numbers, or sensitive payment credentials. All payment processing is handled securely through our payment providers (Stripe or X402 payment protocol), and we only store transaction references and metadata necessary for our services. X402 payments are processed through the X402 API, and we store transaction IDs and payment status information. Stripe payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Financial records are retained in accordance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

  • Payment Processors: We share payment information with our payment providers (Stripe, X402 payment protocol) to process transactions, handle refunds, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud. X402 processes direct agent payments and subscription payments. Stripe processes credit card payments and subscriptions.
  • Payout Providers: We share payout method information with Stripe Connect, PayPal, and Plaid to facilitate seller payouts
  • Service Providers: Third-party services that assist us in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, customer support)
  • Legal Requirements: As required by law, court orders, or to comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting requirements

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
